Can I purchase single bottles instead of a full 6 bottle case of the same wine?

Yes, we encourage you whenever possible and available on the website to purchase a single bottle of a wine you have not had before to ensure preference prior to purchasing in full 6 or 12 bottle cases.

Why can't I see the checkout button at my cart?

Orders can only be made when your cart contains bottle quantities in multiples of 6 - if this is not the case the checkout button will not appear and you will only see the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and "UPDATE CART" buttons. Please check your order and add / subtract from your order accordingly.

How much does delivery cost?

Our current delivery charges are outlined below – please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

Auckland - $4.00 for every 12 btls (or part thereof)

North Island - $7.00 for every 12 btls (or part thereof)

South Island - $10.00 for every 12 btls (or part thereof)

Rural delivery charges may apply - additional $6.00 to above for every 12 btls (or part thereof)

How long does it take to receive my delivery?

Standard delivery times are 3-4 working days (within the Auckland region) or 5-6 working days (outside of Auckland) after dispatch. Please allow additional time for rural delivery addresses. 

Why have I only received part of my order?

If you have ordered more than 12 btls of wine (or more than one case of cask wine), your order will be separated into different parcels and so one parcel may be delivered prior to the other. Delivery of your remaining parcels shouldn't be long after, but if there is an unexpected delay please contact us and we will look into it.

Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?

At this stage we do not offer international shipping outside of New Zealand.

Can I exchange or refund some wine that has not been to my taste?

Refunds of wine that has not been to your taste are available for wine purchased from our website. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information. 

Can I exchange or refund some wine that I believe is faulty or defective?

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase date to discuss the issue with the product. If we accept that the product is faulty or defective, then under the Consumer Guarantees act (if applicable), we will provide you with a refund for the said product to its purchase value.
