Sale of Liquor Act
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase Liquor from wine2u.co.nz as detailed in Section 172 of the Sale of Liquor Act, which states...

(1) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding ($2,000) who falsely represents in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence. (2) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding ($1,000) who falsely represents otherwise than in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence.

When ordering from wine2u you acknowledge and confirm that you are over 18 and legally entitled to purchase liquor. Please note that we may be required by law to release information gathered from you when you place you order to the various enforcement agencies. Returns Policy: We try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers so when you're at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any slips of the finger before submitting because once you've submitted it, it's too late!! Unfortunately, once you've submitted your order and payment has been accepted we can't make any changes to quantity and address details. It's not that we don't want to but our dispatch team moves so fast to get your parcel to you quickly that it's often too late to change anything.You don't need to rush things once the product is in your basket as you have up to 15 minutes to finish the order before you lose the product from your basket. In the meantime that product is allocated to you and cannot be purchased by another customer. If for any reason you feel the wine is not up to the standard you feel we represented no worries - let us know within 14 days of delivery send the wine back to us and we will issue you a wine2u credit voucher, full refund or exchange to the value of the wine purchased.

Out of Stock and backorders: While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or "rain check" facility.

Vouchers

Wine2u provides the facilities to redeem vouchers through the checkout system. Any voucher is to be used at the discretion of wine2u. wine2u also holds the right to terminate any voucher which they believe is being misused.The voucher can be used only once. Any unused value associated with the voucher will not be refunded.If your order exceeds the amount of your voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or other agreed forms of payment.Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and not refundable they are valid up until the date recorded on the voucher.Recipients may only use wine2u online vouchers for purchases online at www.wine2u.co.nz. Each voucher is identified by individual code that must not be changed or copied by purchaser.The purchaser is not allowed to transfer, re-assign, or re-sell voucher.The purchaser must comply with the Sale of Liquor Act.
