Soft and juicy, bouncing with succulent fresh raspberry, dried herbs and mint tinged with a hint of spice. Finishes with great balance, freshness and fruity intensity. Ideal outdoor quaffing.
Some tartaric acid crystals (tartrates) can form naturally in some wines. To remove would also remove some wine character. But they are safe and just part of the wine. In rose they show a little more than in reds but are harmless . By pouring carefully, they won't get in the wine glass (or the mouth) but if they do, they are tasteless and harmless, just a more visible sign of wines' acidity
To serve, pour gently so the crystals are left in the bottle.
