Tasting Note

The grapes for this sparkling wine are sourced from the famed regions of Gisborne and Hawkes Bay on New Zealand's North island. The wine has less pressure than traditional sparkling wine giving a creamier, fruitier style of wine more akin to Prosecco. The addition of Muscat grapes adds an additional layer of aromatics to the wine.

Appearance :Light straw in colour. A fine bead of bubbles persists.

Aroma :A wonderfully subtle mix of citrus, red apple and floral notes intermingle

Palate :A crisp and vibrant palate featuring apple and pear flavours. Off-dry in sweetness with natural carbonation adding a creamy texture

Food Matches :Another natural aperitif wine that makes a perfect accompaniment to savoury antipasto.

Cellaring :Designed to be enjoyed young and fresh. Cellar for 2-3 years max
